Hier neem je schuin linksaf-rechtdoor de Kehrweg (de tribunes van lokale voetbalclub KAS Eupen wijzen je de weg) alwaar deze klim doodbloedt.
Let goed op in de afdaling van de Kehrweg richting stuwmeerWesertalsperre! De baan wordt zeer smal, en gaat opeens zeer steil naar beneden, en de haarspeldbocht aan het einde van de afdaling ligt er verraderlijk bij! Ik reed deze afdaling met mijn 16 jaar oude fiets, velgremmen op 23mm bandjes én een nat wegdek: billen dichtgeknepen...

Een lekkere klim met een pittig stukje maar de weg kan wel druk zijn (al was het niet hinderlijk) en er is geen fietsstrook. Na de eerste rotonde is het uitfietsen tot het stadion waar de top is. Redelijk tot goed asfalt mits je van de rand wegblijft want daar kan het wel slechter zijn.
