Nice climb with a large section of false flat. Climb combined with Kofelweg and Oberpursteinhof, hence the start from Taufers. Better to start from Schattenberg. The devil is 'm in the tail. After the barrier it gets pretty steep, and especially after the traffic lights (road is narrow here so cars've got to take turns, but plenty of room for cyclists). Fortunately, there was little traffic and I could zigzag up. Eventually you end up at the reservoir and there the view is great.... read more
