Since this region is quite "flat", this climb is a nice bonus to make a short and powerful run. Once at the top, you can take a look at the cobblestones around the church.
You can also ride up the other side.
Aangezien deze streek nogal "vlak" is is deze beklimming wel mooi meegenomen om eens kort en krachtig door te trekken. Eens boven kan je nog eens de kasseitjes meepikken rond de kerk.
Langs de andere kant kan je ook naar boven rijden.
This side is not worth the name slope. Much too short, no cobblestones and not very steep. It is the 'right' direction though, because the nice side (via Grotstraat) is actually counter direction, but with the bike you are allowed. I would choose that side.
Deze kant is de naam helling niet waard. Veel te kort, geen kasseien en niet heel steil. Het is wel de 'juiste' richting, want de mooie kant (via de Grotstraat) is eigenlijk tegenrichting, maar met de fiets mag je. Ik zou voor die kant kiezen.
