Starts quietly but develops as a calf-biter that lasts. The reward, however, is a beautiful view over the fields of the Champagne region. Especially the passage in Road is good and normally little traffic but we visited the region during the grape harvest and then there is quite a lot of traffic and the road surface is soaked with grape juice in many places so you really have to be very careful on the descents, even more so when the streets are wet.
