A very difficult climb because it is extremely steep at the start, then alternates between false flats and a 7/8％ section. It's also unusual in that it's a typical forest climb, with a broken surface and a barrier to get round, but it's still completely passable. I almost forgot: in the area, it's more commonly known as "la côte des Princes".
Côte très difficile car extrêmement pentue au départ, puis alternant faux-plats et section à 7/8％. Particulière aussi, car elle est typée forestière, avec une revêtement dégradé et une barrière à contourner, mais complètement praticable malgré tout. J'allais oublier : dans le coin, on l'appelle plutôt "la côte des Princes".
It's fantastic! An alternation of short, tough climbs and flat areas. The little path is in average condition but it's pleasant and was deserted on the day.
Yes, for those who cycle in the Paris region, these three climbs towards the Carnelles forest are a must. This one is certainly the most interesting. However, the route starting from Presles is also quite pleasant.
Formidable ! Une alternance de petits raidillons costauds et de replats. Le petit chemin est dans un état moyen mais il est plaisant et était désert ce jour.
Oui, pour ceux qui pédalent en région parisienne, ces trois côtes qui grimpent vers cette forêt de Carnelles sont à faire. Celle ci est assurément la plus intéressante. Toutefois, l’itinéraire qui démarre de Presles est assez agréable aussi.
