Perhaps the most famous Etna climb. Road is good, wide and new. Middle section is really tough anyway with definitely sections above 9%. Along the way, breathtaking views of Catania!

Onderweg adembenemende uitzichten over Catania!

Nice climb on the southwest driveway. Great view into the lava fields. The asphalt is also new and good. Quite different on the east ascent. This is not recommended, especially downhill. Also the weather should be well observed at Etna.
