The industrial approach to this climb is rather ugly, but the view at the top over the North Sea and the dunes of Voorne and Goeree is phenomenal. The climb in itself is not much, but with a strong east-north-east wind (like today), it secretly felt quite brutal.
De industriële aanloop van deze klim is tamelijk lelijk, maar het uitzicht bovenaan over de Noordzee en de duinen van Voorne en Goeree is fenomenaal. De klim stelt op zich weinig voor, maar met een forse oost-noordoostenwind (zoals vandaag) voelde hij stiekem toch best vuig aan.
Nice little climb, a change from a tunnel, viaduct or bridge that we often have to make do with in this area. The view is beautiful when you get to the top!
Leuke kleine klim, is weer eens wat anders dan een tunnel, viaduct of brug waar we het in deze omgeving vaak mee moeten doen. Het uitzicht is prachtig als je boven bent!
In order to feel a small climb in the legs without having to go all the way. This one is always nice to include in the home/garden round-up. From the Maasvlakte beach to the top to be allowed to pause for a moment for the view of the North Sea
Om zo toch in de buurt een klein klimmetje te kunnen voelen in de beentjes zonder helemaal weg te moeten. Deze is altijd wel even lekker om mee te nemen in het huis/tuin en keuken rondje. Vanuit de maasvlakte strand naar boven om daar even stil te mogen staan voor het uitzicht op de Noord zee
