Along this road, the Cuitu Negru is less interesting because the first 9 km are hardly to be called a col but rather a wide road that goes up a bit. But at a bit less than 3 km from the top, you get to see a real Spanish climb with the typical Spanish climbing percentages and a very good road surface.
Along this side, the views are a bit less in the less steep part, but still beautiful.
Langs deze weg stelt de Cuitu Negru veel minde voor want de eerste 9 km kan je zmper een col noemen maar eerder een brede autoweg die een beetje omhoog gaat. Maar op iets minder dan 3 km van de top krijg je een echte Spaanse beklimming voorgeschoteld met de typische Spaanse stijgingspercentages en een mibder goed wegdek.
Langs deze zijde is het uitzicht in het minder steile deel iets minder maar nog altijd prachtig.
