From the valley you go on the main road to Rochehaut, there is a cycle path next to the road but this is not ideal for road cyclists, too many families on the way. The climb is quiet, gradual and you can enjoy the view into the valley. Pay attention to the road surface, there is some winter damage here and there. The traffic keeps its distance as long as they do not have yellow plates, but that is the case everywhere. Once at the top, a nice view of the Semois and two bends with the giant's grave in between. Tip: descend to Poupehan and then go further to Bouillon or more fun to Sedan in France.
