The first kilometre may be 6-7% average, but very uneven. You regularly go into the double digits only to return to some flatter terrain. At one point, the climb then really flattens out but you are not yet relieved of the pressure on your legs: you continue to climb (albeit increasingly false flat) on open terrain where the wind has free rein. That wind seems suspiciously often against you here. Nice climb, but also a through road, so certainly in the section through Plombières keep an eye out for heavy traffic.
De eerste kilometer is dan wellicht 6-7% gemiddeld, maar erg onregelmatig. Je gaat geregeld de dubbele cijfers in om dan weer op wat vlakker terrein te komen. Op een gegeven moment vlakt de klim dan echt af maar dan ben je nog niet van de druk op je benen verlost: je klimt door (zij het steeds meer vals plat) op een open terrein waar de wind vrij spel heeft. Die wind lijkt hier verdacht vaak tegen te staan. Mooie klim, maar ook een doorgaande weg, dus houd zeker in het gedeelte door Plombières heen rekening met veel verkeer.
