It used to be one of my favourite climbs, but unfortunately, following a cliff fall on 22 February 2023, only the first 700 metres are now accessible; the road is then blocked off: theoretically it's doable, but at your own risk... The cliff may collapse as you pass, so I wouldn't advise you to try! It's a pity, as it was the climb that offered the best view of Fécamp...
C'était l'une de mes montées préférées, mais malheureusement, suite à un éboulement de falaise le 22 février 2023, seuls les 700 premiers mètres sont maintenant accessibles ; la route est ensuite barrée : c'est théoriquement faisable, mais à vos risques et périls... La falaise peut s'effondrer lors de votre passage, je vous déconseille donc d'essayer ! C'est bien dommage, c'était la montée qui bénéficiait de la meilleure vue sur Fécamp...
The climb is easy, but there are some nice views, especially at the hairpin where you have a superb view of the whole of Fécamp and the sea. In general the traffic is quite calm, but beware of the tourists in summer. The asphalt is good, but you have to be careful when going downhill. I also put a picture of the view on the sea at the pin, even if on this picture you can't see the town of fécamp.
Montée simple, mais avec de jolies vues, notamment à l'épingle ou on a une superbe vue sur tout fécamp et la mer. En général la circulation est plutot calme, mais attention aux touristes l'été. L'asphalte est bon même si il faut faire attention tout de même en descente. Je mets aussi une photo de la vue sur la mer à l'épingle, même si sur cette photo on ne voit que très peu la ville de fécamp.
