Between Perche and Petite Beauce, the small medieval town of Vendôme is the starting point for this pleasant climb.
There are a few remains of troglodyte houses and two sad water towers towering above the shacks. In between, a number of housing estates. A hill that tries to offer a serious percentage over a few metres.
It's so short. No traffic. Clean pavement.
Nothing crazy. But it's a pleasant climb.
This is the Centre-Val de Loire. Everything here is gentle.
