Col de Fay from Torcieu via Cleyzieu is the most popular side, but the summit can also be reached via Col de Fay from Sorlin en Bugey, Col de Fay from Torcieu, Col de Fay from Vaux en Bugey, Col de Fay from Lagnieu, Col de Fay from Villebois & Côte de Brenaz.
