An easy climb in a pretty setting. The highest gradients are at the start of the climb, just outside the beautiful village of Ambialet. The road is generally in good condition, and the climb becomes very easy as you climb. Beware of traffic, which can be heavy during the holiday season, and also on the main road leading to the summit (the busy route de Millau). On a clear day, the climb offers good views. A recommended route for an outing along the Tarn!
