The first hairpin was really nice with some really nice gradients, then the road got a bit worse but not like the climb at "Mon plaisir" where you're bound to fall off on the way down. BUT the day I climbed it was particularly wet, and the days before too, so I had to put my foot down because it was impassable, and then several logs were strewn across the ground: put your foot down. The road became passable again, but deteriorated into a path over time until it became one a hundred metres or so before returning to the main road.

This rue Godart is currently in a very poor state of repair from start to finish (when it joins the chaussée de Soignies). Bikes with narrow tyres, such as 25 mm, are not recommended, especially on downhill sections. A gravel bike is much better suited to this type of very rough surface. It's a shame, though, because it's a pleasant place to ride, and using this street would be a much quieter alternative to the busy chaussée de Soignies.
