Beautiful and a simultaneously monotonous, not too difficult climb with constant views of the Verdon valley. If you already have some kilometres in your legs, there seems to be no end to the climb. The tarmac road is in good shape, though. There is nothing to do at the summit outside a (then) closed restaurant and a (also closed) ski equipment shop.
