Even towards evening, the place was still brisk. Road surface was moderate at times, but this is being worked on. Traffic is busy as said. Sestriere has good restaurants and good hotels.
Verkeer is druk zoals gezegd. Sestriere heeft goede restaurants en goede hotels.
Climbed this not super interesting climb on my way home from IronBike - which I had to abbandon due to a couple of broken ribs
Slightly boring climb on a wide, sometimes crowded track. Climb was part of the route 'Granfondo Serre Chevalier', also described here. At the top of this well-known Italian ski village, you will find plenty of places to eat and drink. Little special, but rather a traditional climb with both Tour and Giro history.
Lies in the circle with the fenestre. No real reason to ride it otherwise. Busy track. Above is a monument of Coppi
Drukke baan. Boven staat een monument van Coppi
