Lovely and rustic. Those are the right words for the landscape you cycle through. Small undulating meadows, interspersed with a gite or farm here and there, a few trees and streams on a deserted winding road. I do hope you can enjoy it a bit, as the gradients are not lovely and rustic. Still, very much enjoyed this climb in spring.
Lieflijk en rustiek. Dat zijn de goede woorden voor het landschap waar je doorheen fietst. Kleine golvende weilanden, afgewisseld met hier en daar een gite of boerderij, enkele bomen en beekjes op een verlaten slingerend weggetje. Ik hoop wel dat je er een beetje van kan genieten, want de stijgingspercentages zijn niet lieflijk en rustiek. Toch heel erg genoten van deze klim in het voorjaar.
