Irregular ascent, steep in places, with beautiful views of the Entremont valley at the beginning and end. As for the other side, it is imperative to keep your pedal to the metal, as this ascent is generally located between two others, most often the Col du Granier and the Col de Porte. At the foot of the climb, the village of Saint-Pierre-d'Entremont has the particularity of being split into two completely autonomous parts, one in Isère and the other in Savoie, on either side of the Guiers Vif river.
