The only drawback of this climb is that it’s a dead end. Otherwise, it has nothing but good points: peaceful, unspoilt, varied – you pass through all the alpine zones right up to a spectacular finale with the high mountains as a backdrop. Be sure to pace yourself carefully depending on your route, as the climb is long; and whilst it may seem easy thanks to several sections where you can catch your breath, it will take its toll.

Une belle montée assez sauvage. Après avoir traversé les quelques hameaux de la Salette-Fallavaux, on se retrouve au milieu des alpages.
La route étant une impasse, elle est relativement peu empruntée (début novembre il n'y avait personne, en été il doit y avoir les visiteurs du sanctuaire)
