Climbed in October 2023, climbed here from Peveragno, about 45 km, actually all very slight uphill to nice solid climbing. Road has been completely resurfaced, so my wheelset with 44 mm gravel tyres was not needed 🤪. Beautiful climb, all the way to the border!

Beklommen in oktober 2023, ben vanuit Peveragno hierheen geklommen, zo’n 45 km, eigenlijk allemaal heel licht oplopend tot lekker stevig klimmen. Weg is helemaal opnieuw geasfalteerd, dus mijn wielset met 44 mm gravelbanden was niet nodig 🤪. Prachtige klim, helemaal tot aan de grens!

If you like hairpin bends, this climb is a must. On a very moderate road surface, you cycle the last kilometres from bend to bend, while enjoying the beautiful surroundings along the way. At the top, you will find Chalet Le Marmotte, a beautiful location for a pit stop. Don't forget to ride a little further to the top, where you will also find the Italy/France border crossing.
