There is a saying : "All beginnings are difficult". So too is this climb, after the flat section along the "Lac de Castillon" it is a bit of a struggle. . Tough first part, easy after you're passed that. Nice climb, good road (but with dirt on it, watch out in the descent). Water point in Demandoix. Consider taking a left at the end to finish at Vauplane (one way road).
