Beklommen 25 februari 2019. Mooie klim door een echt provencaals dorpje. Pas op voor de nauwe straatjes met tegenliggers, vooral in de zomer. Na het dorpje even wat steiler en op de T kruising met de D54 links voor een regelmatige klim (loper) naar de col. Op de col geen faciliteiten. Goede trainingsklim. De klassieke klim is de variant die niet door het dorpje loopt, maar is natuurlijk minder charmant. Wanneer je afdaalt na de col in de richting Montferrat of Chateaudouble kom je langs het hoogstgelegen wijndomein van de Var: Chateau Lagarde. Aanrader.
