A great climb that offers up some truly astounding views of the gorges, something akin to a mini Grand Canyon.
The start out of Treves does have a few steeper pitches (or it felt like that) but nothing horrendous and the road surface seemed good. The rest of the climb is steady with sweeping bends until you reach the sign at the top. Lots of shade on the bottom half.
There was a classic car rally on while I was there so the sound of old Renaults and Fiats echoed around the valley
Beautiful climb. First part with the hairpin bends quite tough. Magnificent views of the Cevennes canyons. Do regularly look back for the view ;-)
Mooie klim. Eerste stuk met de haarspeldbochten best pittig. Prachtig uitzicht op de canyons van Cévennes. Wel regelmatig even achterom kijken voor het uitzicht ;-)
