A dead-end climb in this part of the Pyrenees guarantees a solo ride.
On the kilometre markings, it has a different name, referring to the iron mines used in the field in the past.
In the beginning it can be quite spicy at times, but behind Corsavy you can recover from this.
Once at the top, you can continue for another 1 km until behind Refuge de Batère and you have conquered it completely.
