One of the best climbs around. The first few kilometres are tough, with twists and turns worthy of a mountain pass. The final stretch is a false flat climb to the top. No traffic.

Aucune circulation.

The first 3.95 kilometres are very steep, with a gradient always in excess of 8%, and some sections over 300m metres at more than 12/13%! The scenery is pretty from the second kilometre, as you soon get a great view of saint foy l'argentiere and the surrounding meadows. This is undoubtedly one of the toughest passes in the mont du lyonnais!

By far my favourite climb in the Monts du Lyonnais. Particularly demanding, with some beautiful twists and turns, the 4km at 9% is well worth the diversions.
