Climbed 30 July 2021. Quite a lot of traffic on this link road to the Gorges du Verdon in summer. But a nice training climb. Round trip : TourTour - Aups- Verignon - Tourtour is almost 40 km. Good roads. Nice round trip. Beautiful panorama's and nature of the Haut Var. Aups is the truffle capital! Also very pleasant on market days.
Beklommen 30 juli 2021. Rondje : TourTour - Aups- Verignon - Tourtour is bijna 40 km. Goede wegen. Leuk rondje.
The road is quite busy and the climb itself not much fun. Really a climb you do to reach another area. When you get to the top, the road to Ampus is nice and straight and you can take the spectacular climb of Les Salles du verdon.
