Nice climb with good road surface. I haven't seen a car or a bike on it. Signs along the road tell you how long you can cycle and how steep it is.
Nice short climb from Bedous, Osse and Aspe to the col de Houratate. Quiet, hardly any other cyclists / road users, and excellent condition of the road surface. Anyway, a characteristic of the vallee d'aspe is that you can cycle here in peace.
