The combination Col des Ares + Col de Buret is the easy alternative to the Col de Menté on a day when the legs are not so good. Or you can make a lap of it and do all three.
It's a through road, but actually very quiet. To the village reasonable shade, but otherwise not that exciting. After the village another small bit of false flat.
De combinatie Col des Ares + Col de Buret is het makkelijke alternatief voor de Col de Menté op een dag dat de benen niet zo goed zijn. Of je maakt er een rondje van en doet ze alle drie.
Het is een doorgaande weg, maar eigenlijk erg rustig. To aan het dorpje redelijk wat schaduw, maar verder niet zo spannend. Na het dorp nog een klein stukje vals plat.
