Along the other side you can 'le Breitfirst' objectionably call it a climb, but along this side it is a downright nasty offshoot of the Platzerwasel (which is my most hated climb in the Vosges anyway). First you are driven mad by the horror aptly named Platzerwasel, only to get knocked out by this thing.
Langs de andere zijde kan je 'le Breitfirst' bezwaarlijk een klim noemen, maar langs deze kant is ie een ronduit vervelende uitloper van de Platzerwasel (wat sowieso al mijn meest gehate klim in de Vogezen is). Eerst wordt je gek gemaakt door de verschrikking met de toepasselijke naam Platzerwasel, om dan de Knock out te krijgen van dit ding.

Pretty irritating thing. After the Platzerwasel, mandatory fare. First kilometre toughest, especially if you have wind against you. After that, it's good to roll out
Vrij irritant ding. Na de Platzerwasel verplichte kost. Eerste kilometer het zwaarst, vooral als je wind tegen hebt. Daarna lekker uitbollen
