Climbed 11 August 2021. The first part runs slightly uphill on Route de l'ancienne voie ferrée, or in other words the old railway line which is neatly paved. This road is known to be dangerous (shortcut where traffic drives too fast). Then you arrive in Callas, take the road on the right that descends somewhat and at the T junction left through the village. Again, watch out for traffic and pedestrians. After the village, walk uphill to the col. No facilities except rubbish containers. Col ... read more

Col was often used in the Tour de Haut Var (no longer exists). Drive through possible to the highly recommended Col de Bel Homme or Col de Saint Arnoux which start after Bargemon. Recommended!

Beklommen 11 augustus 2021. Aanraders!
