A very long climb, but broken up by flat parts and gentle descents; it crosses the whole of central-southern Corsica, with its very small, characteristic mountain villages; the asphalt is generally good, the traffic limited to the first part outside Propiano and the last part from Zonza to Col de Bavelle, the latter being the most beautiful and perhaps the toughest section.
Salita lunghissima ma spezzata da parti in piano e leggere discese; attraversa tutto il centro-sud della Corsica, con i suoi piccolissimi e caratteristici centri montani; l'asfalto è in genere buono, il traffico limitato alla prima parte fuori Propiano e all'ultima da Zonza a Col de Bavelle, proprio quest'ultimo è il tratto più bello e forse il più duro.
