Recomendo.

First of all, the name of the locality at the end of the climb is "Cabeço do Cão" and not as incorrectly stated on Google Maps and consequently on climbfinder.

This route, starting at the Chousinha bridge and passing through the heart of the locality of Préstimo, is little known and quite tough, which is why I recommended it to climbfinder. Usually, cyclists take the more known and touristic side (due to the river beach), which happens to be more accessible.

The climb begins right after the small Chousinha bridge and immediately starts with very steep slopes and hairpin turns. We reach the first houses, and things calm down with even a small descent. Shortly after, there's a little road that goes through the village's heart, which, let's say, is a shortcut to the boring main street. It starts right away with steep inclines and tight turns 😬. A little further, we reach the main street that comes from the river beach bridge of Alfusqueiro. Here the gentler slopes begin, continuing to the village of Cabeço do Cão. What a peculiar name 😁

A climb that is a good challenge from this side. I recommend it.
