This is a lovely route and contrasts nicely with the other two climbs to Bwlch y Groes. The first 6 km undulates as it climbs at a gentle gradient and is a delight to ride. There are fine views across the valley to the Aran Mountains. As the gradient steepens the route takes on a more wild feel and there is a nice section where it hugs the mountain side under Craig yr Ogof. This is a lovely route and contrasts nicely with the other two climbs to Bwlch y Groes. The first 6 km undulates as it climbs at a gentle gradient and is a delight to ride.
