I rode this climb during the Tour de Basse Meuse, so I don't remember everything about it. It takes place on a fairly narrow road with good gradients at the start, which allowed the peloton to break in two. We climbed it very quickly and I remember having a lot of trouble at the top.... read more

One of the options to ride from Route du Val-Dieu towards Aubel. Given the gradient, the first 500 metres are a bit of a struggle but after that it flattens out very quickly and you can continue cycling nicely.

Climb up through greenery and past some houses from the pretty Berwinne valley. From the start, it is soon nice and snappy. Then it flattens out. Sometimes nice views, especially to the back. The last part is so flat you can no longer call this a climb.

Quiet climb. There are a lot nicer climbs in Val-Dieu like Les Waides and Holiguette, but for a change it is nice to try this one.

Rustige klim.
