After a fairly relaxed approach via a wider but quiet road, you turn left into a small road after which you soon turn diagonally right further up. There, you immediately bump into a wall because it is really hard work until you reach the hairpin. After this you can relax for a while, but after the second hairpin there is another (shorter) particularly steep section. Then the road flattens out but at the end there is still a small slope to the highest point.
The second part of the climb goes through a wooded residential area with unfortunately little view but plenty of challenge. The tarmac is reasonable.
Na een redelijk relaxte aanloopt via een bredere maar rustige weg ga je linksaf een weggetje in waarna je al snel schuin rechtsaf verder naar boven gaat. Daar knal je meteen tegen een muurtje op want het is echt heel stevig aanpoten tot je bij de haarspeldbocht komt. Hierna kan je even bijkomen maar na de tweede haarspeldbocht komt weer even een (wel korter) flink steil stukje. Daarna vlakt de weg af maar op het eind komt er nog een kleine helling tot het hoogste punt.
het tweede deel van de klim loopt door een beboste villawijk met helaas weinig uitzicht... maar wel veel uitdaging. Het asfalt is redelijk.
