Spicy!
This climb is spicy!
The last three kilometres are really tough. A good climb to test yourself. The gradients are irregular.
The view over Entrevaux at the start of the climb is superb. After that, it's a lot less exciting, but in any case, you're mostly busy pushing hard on the pedals...
Bay is not a very captivating village, but the school house is touching.
A must-do if you fancy a bit of drooling!

Done in the middle of December in the rain... A hell of a ride! I thought the road would never stop rising! I thought the Col du Buis was the ultimate challenge in the area but the climb to Bay has everything to claim that title.
Boileau used to say, "20 times on the job, put your work back on", and I don't despair of ever having enough training to do this climb in peace.
