A very tough climb with a gruelling start. Harken to the first hairpin bend with cobblestones in the village too. After that, zero mind and keep pedalling quietly until you hear the waves.... read more

Monstrous first stretch. Overconfidently started the first cobbled section. I had to pay for this. I won't get away with this untrained haha. I even almost quit 😜. Was able to recover a bit and fortunately still enjoy the beautiful view 👍🏻

Monsterlijk eerste stuk. Was zelfs bijna afgestapt 😜.

This climb starts in the village, with cobblestones. Once you've had those, a nasty steep slope looms ahead. After the first hairpin you have had the worst of it, but it is by no means easy. No, it really is work until the end. And that end comes on an endlessly straight road that veers quite steeply.

By the way, at the hairpins you still have quite a nice view over the amazingly beautiful Moselle valley.
