Of course, it is only a small climb but a very nice one for this area. The climb actually starts at the little bridge over the stream which is a nice rough little valley with bog and fallen trees. The road climbs briefly, then descends again and continues up a side valley with a nice left turn and then towards the plateau. Good tarmac but the descending section into the stream valley (i.e. before the climb), is gravel - which is excellent though.

Het is natuurlijk maar een kleine klim maar voor dit gebied wel een heel fraaie. De klim begint eigenlijk al bij het bruggetje over de beek wat een mooi ruig dalletje is met moeras en omgevallen bomen. De weg stijgt even, daalt dan weer en gaat daarna met een leuke bocht naar links verder omhoog een zijdal in en daarna richting de hoogvlakte. Goed asfalt maar het dalende stuk het beekdal in (dus voor de klim), is gravel - wat wel uitstekend te berijden is.
