The first part shares the road with El Palo. Once you turn northeast and you separate from the road that goes to the northwest, the average gradiente increases considerably.

The road is mixed. In some places it is quite good. In others quite bad.

The views are quite nice, especially the last part. But it is quite windy in that last part because the road opens up. I went on a sunny day in August, almost 30º at the bottom of the climb... and it was a little bit uncomfortable at the top. Have it in mind if you try to climb it in spring or autumn.
