A very interesting and demanding climb, with little traffic and pleasant. The first section up to the falsopiano is pedalable, while the last 4 km are also challenging due to a last kilometre and a half with gradients to make Mortirolo envious. At the end of the climb there is a small chapel and a beautiful wooden fountain with very fresh water, a just reward for the effort.

Salita molto interessante e impegnativa, poco trafficata e piacevole.

Ascent is worthwhile! Fine road surface for road bikes. Not too busy with traffic. Halfway a village (Miazzina) where you can have a pit stop just fine.

It's a nice climb with some really beautiful viewpoints over the lake. The last 3 km are very demanding with points even at 20%. Done by mountain bike precisely to avoid any nasty surprises. At the top of Alpe Pala there is a view of the lake that is well worth all the effort put into the climb.
