Het aanvangstraject van deze beklimming loopt door hetzelfde bos als de klim via de Molenweg naar de top van de Steenstraat.Hier slaat men evenwel tijdens de afdaling niet rechts maar naar links af om zo even later rechts via de zeer korte maar pittige Wildernisstraat de top te bereiken.Op de top kan men terugkeren of via een smalle doorgang zijn weg naar de Noord-Zuid vervolgen.Ondanks de zeer directe aanwezigheid van deze enorm drukke verkeersas is deze omgeving toch nog opvallend aangenaam en rustig om te fietsen te noemen. Iets meer naar links in de Molenweg ligt een zelfde type klim met de top in de eveneens korte, vinnige Lokenstraat die evenwel niet weerhouden werd.
