I came across this climb by accident when I was cycling to the foot of the old Kleefsebaan. It's nice and steep in that bend, and at the top you have a great view of the farm that sits on the hill. It's not difficult, but it's a nice attacker on your route. I'd definitely recommend it if you're cycling past it.... read more

A small climb that also forms an intermediate descent of another climb, but too beautiful to skip. At the start, you can already see the farm you have to go to nicely above you and with a nice left turn, where there is also some real spice in the climb, you go up against the slope. At the top, particularly nice views over the whole area on the left.

This side of the Vogelsang is more beautiful than via the other side. Already from the start you have a view of the summit, the road surface is better and the view over the Ooijpolder during the climb is very nice. Nice to shoot up on the big leaf.

The approach is a bit strange though, as you have to cross an N-road from a cycle path on the other side. Although you can also approach via Hohldorn - Neuer Grenzweg. The descent is over moderate tarmac.
