This is one of those climbs that feel way steeper than they actually are. Did this one at the tail end of a long tour including Obertauern Pass in late July '24 - so we already had quite a bit of climbing in the legs. First bits are easy, nice road through beautiful terrain. After passing through the village Turrach, the road gets super steep - again, we might have been fatigued, but this felt more like 13% than the 10% it was supposed to have. Fun climbing nonetheless, and up top you get the typical summertime skiing town - some restaurants, lifts, shops, but mostly very generic stuff. Nice lake, if you want to cool your legs before going down.

We did this climb on our way to the Wörthersee with the luggage on our cycling holiday. The beginning is quite easy, but once it gets steep, it is tough. Little traffic and good tarmac. The descent to the south included a section 23% which was repaved.
