I discovered this gravel climb 10 years ago and has climbed it a few times since. It is by far one of the hardest climbs in Denmark with many ramps of double digit gradients, and being consistently steep for longer sections. I discovered this gravel climb 10 years ago and has climbed it a few times since. It is by far one of the hardest climbs in Denmark with many ramps of double digit gradients, and being consistently steep for longer sections. The hardest bit is the last 300 meters where the gravel is very loose and the gradients rarely go below 10%. The big reward comes towards the top with scenic ocean views of the Ebeltoft bay area. The climb is only recommended for gravel or MTB, but it can be easily reached via a bigger asphalt road if you dare try it on road bike.
