Top of All Saints from Słupiec

A nice climb. Stiff at the beginning and then lighter, but knit. You have to be careful on the descent as the road is narrow. Cars from downhill go quite fast and there is barely enough space to pass each other. It's better not to speed to the maximum, because something can jump out of the numerous gates along the road.

A driveway from the town of Nowa Ruda Słupiec to the Sanctuary of Our Lady. The climb is divided into two parts. The first part leads on a very good surface, there is smooth asphalt, but it is very steep. The steepest part is after passing under the railway viaduct, where the gradient does not go below 10％ for about a kilometre. Then there is a sharp turn to the left and the road starts to flatten out. Now comes the second part of the climb, unfortunately the worse one. After entering the forest, the road gets less and less steep, but the surface deteriorates considerably, there is rough, uneven pothole asphalt. Later, after a sharp turn to the right, the surface improves again and in the last few hundred metres we have smooth asphalt. The climb ends at the entrance gate to the Sanctuary. Further on, there is a car park with a rest shelter, you can leave your bike and walk a few hundred metres up the gravel road to reach the Lookout Tower on Mount All Saints, which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the area.
