Very nice climb from the deep valley of the Our. Fairly stable and definitely doable percentages although you do feel the length especially when the temperature is 30 degrees. Four beautiful hairpins follow each other and then there is a little cliffhanger: you ride out of the forest and think you're already pretty high up, but that's a bit disappointing because the road keeps on rising for a long time. Only after the red house does it level off to the top. Beautiful views as soon as you leave the forest.
Heel mooie klim vanuit het diepe dal van de Our. Redelijk stabiele en zeker doenbare percentages al voel je de lengte wel... zeker als de temperatuur 30 graden is. Vier mooie haarspeldbochten volgen elkaar op en dan volgt er toch een kleine instinker: Je rijdt het bos uit en denkt dat je dan toch al redelijk hoog zit maar dat valt dus even tegen want de weg blijft nog lange tijd behoorlijk doorstijgen. Pas na het rode huis vlakt het af tot de top. Mooie uitzichten zodra je het bos uit bent.

This climb also does a nice job as a descent. Fast, good road surface and nice hairpin bends to whiz through.
Deze klim doet het ook leuk als afdaling. Snel, goed wegdek en mooie haarspeldbochten om doorheen te zoeven.
