It’s ok, but in all honesty I wohld save the legs for some of the better climbs in the area. Whilst you are rewarded with nice views and a change of terrain at the top, you’re pretty sheltered from any sights on the way up.

It's quite long by UK standards, never too steep, fairly quiet. Pleasant but never stunning scenery, as far as I remember, going up. Might be more scenic to descend?
