The climb starts just outside the village of Han-sur-Lesse on the main lane, but the bike path is certainly wide enough. Relatively quickly you then turn right onto a smaller quiet lane. Here you find the highest gradients after which the climb slowly becomes less steep. At the top you emerge onto a concrete lane where, in sunny conditions, you are rewarded with a beautiful view over the woods and fields.

Hier vind je de hoogste stijgingspercentages waarna de klim langzaam minder steil wordt. Boven kom je op een betonbaan uit waar je in zonnige omstandigheden beloond wordt met een mooi zicht over de bossen en velden.

Ascension très agréable à emprunter ! Le début se fait à partir du village de Han-sur-Lesse, et suit une route aveec parfois pas mal de trafic mais avec une large bande cyclable. Assez rapidement, il faut la quitter par la droite et on monte alors dans un parcours plus boisé.

Ik vond dit een leuke klim. Je start in Han-Sur-Lesse, initieel langs een grote weg (kan druk zijn door toeristen), waarna je een oude weg opdraait die vnl door boeren en vroeger (denk ik) door verkeer van een groeve. Het asfalt is niet super maar je slingert tussen de bomen omhoog om daarna in de weiden terecht te komen in een mooi open landschap. Als je naar Rochefort rijdt valt dit te verkiezen boven de hoofdweg die je net hebt verlaten.
