For my money, Spring Lane is possibly the pick of the Flackwell Heath climbs, dependingon route. Abbey Barns is great too, and Juniper Lane has to be experienced, but Spring Lane is quiet, and hard enough. Cars coming down can usually be negotiated ok. Woods all the way up. Check out the cycle paths over the river for an easy route to the foot of the hill.
